On Friday, May 4th, Renelle on the River placed its last steel beam on top of the 18-story luxury condominium building. Belgravia Group celebrated the occasion with a beam-signing ceremony with Belgravia officials, project consultants and team members. The group signed the final beam and watched as it was lifted to its place at the top of the 50-unit building.
